Project Overview
This project was centered around the exploration of balancing text and image through publication design, while also containing a balance between the contents of the essay portion in comparison to the contents within the exploratory type of many artists and designers.
My Contributions
TTT was a book dedicated to the type that I found most interesting! This project took roughly 86weeks of thorough type explorations and creating a cohesive identity and system that works best for displaying type.
This perfect-bound book was a successful exploration into pushing the limits of text hierarchy while maintaining a good reader experience.

TTT took many different iterations before it found a balance that is generally suitable for cohesion. Throughout the book, many of the spreads contrast each other between having the right and left side alternate between the solid block of navy blue and white. This sense of contrast not only creates visual interest but also helps every spread feel like a new, exciting endeavor.
